Anthony P. Kill, Vice President of Development
With experience managing
more than 1,000,000 square feet of construction in the Chicago markets prior to
joining DPC, Tony understands how to bring a project together. Since joining DPC
in 1997, Tony has been responsible for the management of all services required
in the acquisition and turnkey development of commercial and residential real
estate projects. At DPC, Tony has managed development projects exceeding $100,000,000
in total value, including Research Corporate Center located in Colorado Springs,
the 2001 NAIOP Building of the Year. Tony works directly with the acquisition
team conducting due diligence on new projects and handles all of the various components
of development involving architects, engineers and contractors. Tony has a Bachelor
of Arts in business administration from the University of Iowa.
