As President of DPC Development Company, Chris has overseen all acquisition and development activity for the company since 1992.

With over 25 years in the commercial real estate business, Chris has worked on a variety of transactions, acquiring over 120 properties and developing over $400 million of office, retail and industrial buildings. He is experienced in the acquisition of for-rent and for-sale multi-family projects and land development for both residential and commercial properties. Chris has a unique ability to find and create value in under-managed and ill-conceived properties, some of which have been obtained through the purchase of promissory notes, the perfection of lien claims, and other creative structures to gain control of a property.

Chris spent his early years working for a local Denver developer where he was responsible for project management and leasing. He has negotiated leases and sales with hundreds of companies, including Wal-Mart, Siemens, Citicorp and the GSA, just to name a few. Before joining DPC, he served as Vice President at Norwest Bank handling OREO dispositions and workouts.

Chris holds a degree in business with an emphasis on finance and economics from Colorado State University. He is involved in various civic organizations including United Way's Tocqueville Society and has chaired committees for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), The Boys and Girls Club of America, and Norwest Bank. He is currently on the Board for the Everitt Real Estate Center at Colorado State University and active in NAIOP and ICSC.
