Nate Schnabel, Senior Analyst

Nate Schnabel joined DPC in 2005 and performs analysis on acquisitions and dispositions, as well as existing properties. He has been involved in real estate closings in excess of $40 million. His role at DPC includes due diligence on potential and existing tenants that are crucial to DPC's portfolio. His responsibilities also extend to other diverse non-real estate investments that may be presented to DPC. Prior to joining DPC, Nate spent nearly ten years in the energy and utility business, working with Calpine and Black Hills Energy. His education includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver.
